Introduction
Let’s cut to the chase. We built this carbon fiber heating lamp because pet spaces need heat that’s focused, reliable, and just plain works. It throws targeted infrared warmth straight into kennels, incubators, and enclosures. The whole point is simple: get it hot, keep it hot for the long haul, and slip into tight spots without rewiring your whole setup.
What makes it tick
Here’s the heart of it: serious power in a small package. It runs at 2500W on a 400V line, so you get heat that builds fast and holds steady, even when the room is cold. And at just 300mm long, it slips into tight corners. You can drop it into an existing fixture or stack several side by side without a fight.
Built to last
We chose carbon fiber for the heating element because it takes the heat—and the shock—better than standard coils. That means it keeps its cool through repeated on/off cycles. The halogen capsule keeps the output steady, and the quartz envelope is coated to block UV and shield the element. And the R7s two-pin base? It locks in solid and wires up in a snap. No fiddling. No adapters. Just plug and go.
Why it works for pets
When you’re heating for pets, you need warmth that’s even, with no hot spots. This lamp sends infrared deep into bedding and surfaces, warming your animals directly—instead of just heating the air around them. It’s a straight swap for many standard housings. Just keep one thing in mind: at 2500W, you’ll want a circuit that’s up to the task, and enough airflow so the fixture doesn’t get overheated. Give it room to breathe, and it’ll take care of the rest.
